Nebraska Tobacco & ENDS Purchase Disclosure

In accordance with Nebraska state tobacco regulations, the sale of tobacco products and electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS) is restricted to individuals who are of legal age.

Valid, government-issued photo identification is required at the time of pickup. Products will only be released to the individual named on the order whose identification verifies legal eligibility to purchase tobacco or ENDS under Nebraska law.

Cloud Corner reserves the right to refuse or void any sale if:

1. Acceptable identification is not presented

2. The purchaser does not meet age requirements

3. The transaction does not comply with Nebraska Department of Revenue tobacco guidelines or applicable federal law

No tobacco or ENDS products will be sold or furnished to minors. Delivery sales of ENDS to consumers within Nebraska are prohibited by law.

By placing an order, the purchaser acknowledges responsibility for compliance with all Nebraska and federal tobacco laws and regulations.
